Where's The Sunshine Gone?

I suppose it was inevitable but the spell of brilliant sunshine that we have been having here in this part of the UK has disappeared today, shame.
It has gone very humid and uncomfortable and the weather guys have been talking about thunder and lightening storms then it should clear up and be good again.
How great is that, a free firework show then more sun.

I have been working on my new thing to get more people in to my BIM team today, I have done a little test which should show me if it is what is needed. I will look at the results then either tweak and test again or roll it out in a big way.
I can hardly wait to see what happens. I want to take my team to the top in BIM and once I have perfected this, I will share it and explain what I am doing, why I am doing it etc. etc.

Right, I am going for a cool bath now, it has been quite sticky in the office today!!
