“There's Nowt As Queer As Folk.”
There are probably a lot of you who have no idea what the title of this blog means. Basically it translates to “there is nothing quite as strange as people” and since I have become involved in the internet marketing business, I can certainly say that this is true.
My mentor and many other prominent people in this business are constantly telling me to spend the majority of my time improving myself, becoming more positive and helping others whenever I can. I spend as much time as I can each day reading, listening to audio and watching videos of successful and inspirational people.
This has led me to look at the folk I meet more closely and I have discovered some really odd things.
1. Most people seem quite happy with what they have. O.K. They talk about having more, becoming rich or improving their lives but they never actually do anything about it. It seems that they are afraid to commit to anything because they are frightened of failure.
2. If you listen to ordinary folk talking, there is so much negativity in their conversation, its as if “well if I don't expect anything, I won't be disappointed”
3. The majority of people are very jealous of anyone who is a success and will constantly be knocking them or bitching on about them.
4. Many people seem unable to stick with anything for any length of time, if it doesn't show immediate results they stop and complain that what they were doing was at fault.
5. People seem to flit from one thing to another all the time, not giving anything a real chance.
6. I have also found that many people are very rude and abrupt, not having any time to help others.
But... there is no reason for things to be like this. Why not be positive for just 30 days and see the difference it will make. You will be amazed that if you only associate with positive people how your life will change for the better.
There, I had my say for today and I am sorry if I have upset anybody. Why not do it for just 30 days and see if I'm right.
